When your Final Forms application is completed, be sure to set up the required in-person Registration Appointment to finalize your student's enrollment.


Use the SignUp Genius link on the Registration page of our Website to schedule your appointment, times will also available throughout the summer.


Enrollment is not complete until all documentation has been received and approved.
